Acceptance of this team entry releases the sponsors, the officials, arena management, and the tournament from any liability for any accident or injury which may be incurred by a player or team official while attending or participating in the TORONTO MARLBOROS INTERNATIONAL HOLIDAY CLASSIC TOURNAMENT.
Player registration certificates must be presented at time of registration. DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS - SEPTEMBER 1, 2010, however entries will be accepted on a first come / first serve basis. Return roster by November 1st, 2010.
Hotel Accommodations Reduced “Holiday Classic Rates” and features such as free parking have been arranged with the hotels. All hotels are in close proximity to arenas, restaurants, shopping malls and other attractions. In order to offer these rates the tournament has not entered into any third-party agreements with travel agencies or travel groups offering their booking services.
