2008 Marlboros Win Buffalo Jr Sabres Invitational

The 2008 Toronto Marlboros went undefeated in six games to capture the championship this past weekend at the Buffalo Jr. Sabres Invitational. With a short roster due to injuries the team found a way to preserve and beat the home team Buffalo Jr. Sabres in the finals with a score of 4-1

It was a complete team effort to win the tournament with contribution coming from all the players. Before the first game on Friday, the players gathered and  unanimously decided to dedicate the weekend to Assistant Coach Daniel Cameron who was celebrating his birthday. After receiving the championship trophy, the players presented the trophy to Coach Daniel as a birthday gift.

The coaching staff is extremely proud of all the players and would like to thank each family for their time and commitment to the team.
