Marlboro Midgets Capture Harbor City Cup

On the weekend the Marlboros Midgets traveled to Buffalo to play in the Harbor City Cup.

After advancing through the round-robin and the play-off round their opponents in the final were the Carolina  Hurricanes.  Coach Gaetz in our communication predicted the Blue & White would be in tough.

Hurricanes were a well-oiled team with former NHL veteran Rod Brind’amour coaching the Hurricanes with a highly ranked U.S. team.

Entering the 3^rd Period the Midgets were trailing 2-0, but were determined to fight back.  Final score Toronto Marlboros 3- Carolina Hurricanes 2.  Accolades to the players, coaching staff and parents!
